I stand behind my products and services. Your satisfaction with them is important to me. However, because my products and services are digital goods delivered via Internet download or in person consultations I generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded my product or used an in person consultation, I will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded my product or attended an in person consultation are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at my sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
